Sandi Dunkelman is a prolific potter whose work has found its way into homes across the province. She joined The Potter’s Studio in 1980 and has been going strong ever since. Many teachers and travels have influenced her work over the years, including a particularly interesting educational trip to China. She likes hand-building and throwing both functional and artistic pieces, including dinnerware and tea sets that people will enjoy looking at, using and holding. Recently, she started making clay jewelry and is really enjoying this new aspect of her work.
