Collection: Millean Kung

Millean has always been an advocate for the arts. This was evident in her career in education and currently in her volunteer activities. Since retiring, she has devoted more of her time to her pottery.

Initially, Millean learned pottery through Clay Design and then took lessons from The Potter’s Studio. She was ecstatic to join the Potter’s Studio in 2018.  

Many of her pieces are functional and are thrown on the wheel. As a life-long learner, Millean is constantly seeking to learn new techniques: these include carving, mixing glazes, using a variety of clays and hand building.

 Millean participates in many art shows and sales including Signatures Shows and One of a Kind.

Colours below may appear differently on your screen than in person; please click on the images for details and sizes.  During COVID restrictions, pick-up will be curbside at the Studio.  When you order, we will contact you to arrange a pick-up time that is convenient for you (map).  Shipping is available in Ontario.  At this time, sales are final barring an exceptional problem; shipping costs cannot be refunded.  In order for our system to complete your transaction, we require a Canadian billing address.  To be sure you will receive Christmas orders on time, they must be submitted by December 18.  To enquire about having pottery made, please email and we will survey our members to see if anyone can help you.  Reach us through the "Contact Us" page or leave a message at the Studio (416 423 1827).
