Refund policy

Online and in-studio pottery sales are final barring an exceptional problem and shipping costs are not refunded.  For online sales, we can provide a refund if a pot is not satisfactory when you pick it up.  Please inspect your order upon receipt.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

For cancellations of classes after notification of your registration, there will be a $60.00 charge. Cancellations after classes start will not receive a refund. It is important to make sure that the class you choose works for your schedule.
