New Member Application Form
The Potter’s Studio is a cooperative; managed and operated by an elected Board of Directors and structured committees which require the regular participation of all members. To ensure the safety and sustainability of the studio, selection criteria have been established for new members. Individuals interested in membership are required to fill out the New Member Application Form.
Committee work is a critical part of studio membership. Active participation in a committee is mandatory. Mentoring and training of duties to be performed on each committee will be provided as new members work on each committee.
Please note this application is for the purpose of assessing candidates’ skills and qualifications and does not ensure studio membership. Your information will be used for application purposes only and will be kept in a confidential and secure place.

NOTE: all new members on a committee will receive support and training from previous committee members.
