Logistics
Kits purchased online may be picked up at our Studio. Allow 4 to 6 weeks once your pieces are delivered to allow for glazing and firing. When your pieces are ready, you will be emailed for a pick-up time at the Studio, where you would check the results before taking them home. If a piece breaks in the kiln, it will be replaced at no charge or provided with a refund, depending on your preference. Success guaranteed!
